Ketogenic Diet Food List
Please do not eat spoonfuls of “natural” mayonnaise in an effort to burn body fat for fuel. This is not an item I would ever include on a ketogenic diet food list because it’s contaminated with Omega-6 fats such as soybean and vegetable oils. Those fats will cause inflammation and promote the spread of free radicals inside of your body. Remember that your ability to lose weight is determined on your current internal health.
