Keto Starbucks Unicorn Frap!

Take THAT, Starbucks!

Ingredients:

Blackberry lemonade:
1 Tbsp pure lemon juice
1 Tbsp water
1/2 Tbsp Xylitol
1/4 cup water
3 large blackberries
2-3 drops natural blue food coloring

Red Cake Shake
1/4 cup organic heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 scoop Jay Robb vanilla whey protein powder
3-4 drops natural red food coloring

Whipped cream
1/4 cup organic heavy whipping cream
1-2 drops liquid stevia
1/8 tsp xanthan gum

Lemonade:
Disolve the xylitol in 1 Tbsp of water in a saucepan over medium high heat. Pour the liquid into a small glass jar and add lemon juice, 1/4 cup water & blackberries. Cover the jar and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Blend the mixture, along with the food coloring & 2-3 ice cubes, until smooth; set aside.

Shake:
Add all ingredients to a blender + 5-6 ice cubes and blend until creamy.

Whipped cream:
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and whip with a whisk, immersion blender or handheld electric blender until whipped.

Execution:
Pour half of the lemonade into a glass, top with 2/3 of shake mixture, then with the remaining lemonade. Drizzle some blue food coloring on the glass & top with whipped cream.

This makes 1 serving, is sugar free & under 4G net carbs!
