1. Pork Rinds

The best keto snacks are convenient, which make pork rinds a perfect candidate. While these aren’t very filling, they are high in fat. These are a good option when you're on the go or when you need to do some mindless eating.

They also come in a wide variety of seasonings, but it's best to stay away from the kinds with added MSG. And if you are looking to add a bit more to the flavor, you can always make your own dips! All in all, pork rinds are a convenient snack that make a good substitute for chips.

2. Cheese Crisps and Guacamole

Guacamole is an amazing dip for the keto diet, and it comes with endless possibilities! Wondering what to dip in your guac? Well you can try cheese crisps, crispy bacon, flax seed crackers, veggies and more!

Eggs are a great keto snack because they are extremely high in fat and super easy to prepare. If you are making boiled eggs, make them in a large batch so you can snack on them easily throughout the week.

And if you want to switch it up a bit, try deviled eggs! Experiment with spicy Creole, tangy Southwest or sweet onion flavors. Stuff eggs with chopped meats and spices, chopped nuts or veggies. Mix yolks with full-fat condiments like salad dressing, mayo, mustard or flavored oils. Really the possibilities are endless.
