In my private practice, my clients receive the same life-changing Ketogenic Living 101 and/or 102 programs, but with even more guidance and support.  This option is ideal for those who want a more exclusive approach, including those who are battling with chronic disease and need more customization.  Clients receive custom macronutrient goals, workout plans, Ketogenic Living program guides, daily emails with ketogenic tips and recipes, accountability and daily feedback, and weekly hour-long meetings with me via phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom, or Skype.  

As your ketogenic nutrition coach my goal is to empower you with all the tools and information necessary to make this way of eating work for you, incorporate fitness, and adopt the mindset so you can confidently reach your optimum level of whole body health.  I will coach you through the process until you have reached your goals and you are confident that you can continue on your own.

I will provide you with all the mentorship, support and accountability you need to help you figure out the important things you should be doing differently, and troubleshoot all the inevitable challenges and difficulties that will come up along the way.

The changes we make to your lifestyle will suit you and your personal preferences, and be sustainable.

Since this program is all about you, we start right away with a Fat-Burner Consult Call to answer all your questions and get on the fastest and most effective path.

Once we decide to work together, I will send you a Client Intake Form to fill in and submit back to me.  The purpose of the Intake Form is for me to understand your goals and needs, what nutrition programs or strategies you have tried before, what has worked, what has not worked, why, and ultimately to figure out what approach will work best for you.

This is also an important step of the process to help me gain a real insight into your current lifestyle, daily routine, and any additional health concerns we may need to address.  Gathering this information is invaluable when it comes to identifying current limitations that may hinder progress, so we can be confident that we create a sustainable lifestyle.

This is a lifestyle change, not a quick fix solution.  The minimum length of time I will work with you for is seven weeks.  I can promise you my full commitment and I will work to the best of my ability to coach you to successfully achieving your goals.
